  • Trigger Finger/Thumb (Stenosing Tenosynovitis): A condition where a finger or thumb gets stuck or 'catches' in a bent position, then may snap straight (like pulling a trigger). Caused by inflammation and narrowing of the tendon sheath around the flexor tendon.

Do I need a doctor's referral to see a Physiotherapist in ON?

Is physiotherapy treatment supposed to be painful?
Physiotherapy should not be painful. While you may experience some discomfort or stretching sensations, especially initially, your physiotherapist will work with you to manage this and ensure your comfort. The goal is to make you feel better, not worse.

What is Erin PhysioFitness's appointment cancellation policy?
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Shorter notice may result in a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your appointment.
